I want to be in the hospital where only rich, white people go. I want to feel deeply uncomfortable that I'm the only brown person there.

I have a question.

Jerusha supports her and Dina asks Jerusha to go to her apartment and get numerous items that'll make her look more attractive. Adam overhears Jonah when on the phone with Amy so she implies that he's one of many from work at the hospital. Amy hasn't told him that she and Jonah are involved. At the store, Mateo brings congratulation cards for Garrett to sign. After Mateo calls a joke he's written "cute", Garrett asks for the cards back and ponders writing funnier jokes. At Mercy Vale, the hospital administrator, Lillian, informs Amy and Jonah that they don't take her insurance. They discover that Dina's is accepted because she's Cloud 9 management. Lillian tells them of a clinic that does accept their insurance.
Shaken not stirred Dr. Bond.

Why don't we have your roommate break the tie?
Amy is thrilled to be back at Mercy Vale until Lillian visits and asks how they'll pay. They discover the total fees are much greater than they thought which results in them going back to Sunview. In the Break Room, Garrett tries getting the staff to come up with a baby card message from everyone and makes the excuse that the individual messages were offensive. In the Break Room, Sayid suggests a benign message which Justine doesn't agree with because she says she's sleeping with a lot of the staff. Earl suggests writing something funny and starts laughing which causes the staff to join in but frustrates Garrett.
It makes you laugh, 'cause it's like, crazy.
As Dr. Fogler starts the birthing process with Amy, his question as to Jonah's relationship with her starts them arguing. Dina's anxiety has reached fever pitch as she's being wheeled to surgery and as Glenn consoles her, he discovers to his discomfort that he's expected to be in the surgical bay. He agrees to go in when Dina pleads with him. Another attractive male doctor arrives which eases Dina. In the surgical bay, Glenn gets in the way of the medical staff while Jerusha holds Dina's hand. Dina asks for her music to be played which everyone finds strange. (♫ Julius Fučík - Entry of the Gladiators ♫) Amy is still discussing her relationship with Jonah as she's giving birth until Adam arrives. (♫ Howard Jones - Everlasting Love ♫) In Dina's room, Jerusha cradles her new daughter while thanking Dina. Asking for a moment alone with the baby, Dina gives her some advice. As Amy cradles her baby boy with Adam beside her, she remarks that he's not as purple and squishy as Emma was. Jonah excuses himself and Amy giving him a meaningful look. Garrett wheels past Amy's room, flings in a card and swears while Mateo tries to excuse Garrett's behaviour.
You paid me for that, so we're good.
Not as squishy and purple as Emma was.
